Join Strong 101 to experience strongman-style lifts and movements that build raw power and functional strength. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced lifter, this class will push your limits and help you achieve new levels of strength.
What to Expect:
- Strongman Movements: Learn lifts like atlas stones, tire flips, log presses, yoke carries, and more.
- Personalized Coaching: With 2-3 trainers per class, get hands-on guidance and feedback to improve technique.
- Full-Body Strength: Engage multiple muscle groups for improved power and coordination.
- Unique Training Tools: Train with equipment you won’t find in a typical gym, like sandbags and kegs.
- Progressive Training: Start with basics and gradually progress to more advanced lifts.
Class Structure:
- Warm-Up: Prepare your body for the workout with mobility exercises.
- Skill Practice: Learn and refine a specific strongman lift.
- Strength Circuit: Work through a circuit of exercises with guidance from our trainers.
- Cooldown: Stretch and recover to reduce injury and aid in muscle recovery.
